Coloured Internal Water-Based Basecoat - Vernites AcquaPur Fond WIB980 Primer 2K

Vernites WIB980 is a professional high-build 2-component (2K) water-based primer developed for interior wood finishing and demanding joinery applications.

It is ideal for use on:

• MDF doors and panels

• Solid wood furniture

• Kitchen cabinets and bathroom furniture

• High-wear interior joinery projects

When combined with a compatible Vernites 2K top coat such as WIT982 or WIT983, WIB980 forms a complete coating system offering excellent durability, adhesion and sanding performance.

Available Versions:

WIB980 primer is supplied in three variants:

• WIB980.00S.CLR – Clear Primer

• WIB980.00S.WHT – White Primer

• WIB980.00S.Coloured – Tinted Primer (custom colours available)

Suitable for both opaque and pigmented finishing systems.

Mixing and Application:

WIB980 is a bi-component product and requires the addition of hardener.

Hardener
Add 10% WIH750 hardener (sold separately).

Thinning
If required, thin with approximately 10% warm water to achieve the desired spray viscosity.

Application Methods
Suitable for spray application (recommended) as well as roller or brush use for specific renovation projects.
